Good read. I got through about 70% to get what I needed from the book.This is an excellent supplement to *existing* training that you’re already working on with your dog. (I don’t believe this would make a good stand-alone training book for beginners.)I recommend reading this ahead of your baby’s arrival. It may help you mentally prepare, visualize, and establish guidelines with your spouse and household members ahead of time.Every chapter closes with a very helpful summary of key ideas and lessons that zooms in specifically on dog skills related to living with a child / toddler / infant.If you ever get a bit lost in the storytelling (as I did a couple times), you can always go to these sections to make sure you’re getting the gist and noting the most important takeaways.
