So, I was blown away by The Age of Apocalypse when it came out. But this one, well, the art did mostly stink to the point where it was largely a distraction to the story as a whole.I know in the next installments it will pick up again, and get to the first initial run of the Age of Apocalypse, and we do get the odd hints of it here and there, but really, Marvel needs to release them in packages from how they first came out. The second run wasn't nearly as great and you have to work your way through it to get to the parts that made the story as epic as it was.It's worth buying, but there is some absolute junk you have to work through to get to the stories that you loved from the initial runs.
